Please read the following terms of use. This agreement constitutes a license which covers your use of www.coachkyle.health and any transactions that you engage in through www.coachkyle.health.

This website is provided solely for the use of current and future customers of COACHKYLEHEALTH LLC to provide you with information about my company, to permit you to place orders for my services, and to enable you to contact myself or my team with any questions or comments that you may have. PAYMENTS, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All pricing, fees, and charges are in United States Dollars (USD).

If you purchase and try a Mind-Body-Spirit Coaching Program and are not 100% satisfied, simply email us at kyle@coachkyle.health within 7 days of your second coaching session for a 50% refund. Refunds are not granted after this date.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was charged.

Enrollments, course progress, and tuition fees paid are not transferable from one individual to another.

By purchasing a Mind-Body-Spirit Monthly Coaching program you agree to this refund policy.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

COACHKYLEHEALTH LLC offers flexible payment plan options to students &/or young people (Gen Z or below). If you are on a payment plan, payments must be made on time as determined and agreed upon at the time of enrolling. If payments are not made on time, COACHKYLEHEALTH LLC will give you every reasonable chance to bring your account into good standing, so that you can remain a part of the program and continue your progress.

AFFILIATE DISCLAIMER

Throughout the site and blog posts, there are links to resources COACHKYLEHEALTH LLC recommends, such as books or products. All recommendations are based solely on COACHKYLEHEALTH LLC opinions. Certain links may be affiliate links, in which COACHKYLEHEALTH LLC earns a small commission on purchased products, at no additional cost to you, and often with additional savings to you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COACHKYLEHEALTH LLC, its affiliates, agents, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related in any way to your use of the site, violation of this AGREEMENT, violation of any law or regulation, or violation of any proprietary or privacy right.
